AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create GenAI/LLM applications including RAG, agentic workflows, chatbots, voice agents, and Bedrock integrations.

• Develop traditional machine learning solutions such as anomaly detection, forecasting, and recommendation systems.

• Implement MLOps and construct ML infrastructure.

• Aid in AWS data and cloud modernization efforts, including MAP assessments, QuickSight, and data migrations.

• Manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) from initial scoping to final delivery within tight project timelines.

• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect and Cloud/Data Engineers on each project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an AI/ML Engineer capacity or a comparable role.

• In-depth knowledge of the AWS platform, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, VPC, QuickSight, and DynamoDB/S3.

• Specialized skills in GenAI, particularly RAG, agent orchestration, guardrails, and prompt design.

• Strong understanding of applied machine learning principles, including time-series analysis, anomaly detection, as well as model training and evaluation.

• Proven experience with MLOps and ML infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver PoCs and MVPs.

• Excellent command of English with communication skills at a B2+ level.

• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic, distributed environment.
