This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, develop, and manage a startup in areas such as Agentic AI.

• Engage in a personal development journey centered around managing goals, time, and energy.

• Recruit talent with the assistance of EWOR’s extensive network of over 50,000 professionals.

• Implement guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• Get the startup ready to secure millions in funding through rigorous coaching.

• Refine the product to attain product-market fit.

• Establish a sales team or marketing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.

• Ready to take complete ownership of your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• Strong communication skills in English.
