Cloud Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist with cloud operations utilizing AWS Cloud Operations, multi-account architecture, and cloud governance.

• Utilize Terraform, Git-based CI/CD workflows, and various automation tools.

• Implement cloud security standards and adhere to best practices.

• Work collaboratively, address challenges, and maintain attention to detail in support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or in comparable positions.

• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Operations, multi-account architecture, and cloud governance.

• Comprehensive understanding of Terraform, Git-based CI/CD workflows, and automation tools.

• Familiarity with cloud security standards and best practices.

• Exceptional English communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate, resolve issues, and focus on details.

• Candidates must currently reside in PT (Portugal).
