Cloud Specialist – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design and implement serverless solutions using cloud best practices.

• Create and maintain automated tests for both new and existing solutions.

• Write clean and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.

• Utilize Git and CI/CD tools effectively.

• Conduct code reviews to enhance and standardize knowledge within the team.

• Actively participate in Agile methodology ceremonies.

• Define time estimates and user stories in a dynamic environment.

• Use AWS tools such as AppSync, ApiGateway, AWS Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and Amplify.

• Develop Generative Artificial Intelligence agents using native AWS services.

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in Python and JavaScript.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining productive applications.

• Proficient in Git and CI/CD procedures.

• Familiarity with code quality control tools: YAML, JavaScript, and Python; for example, PyLint and Black.

• Knowledge of AI solutions with Strands Agents, Amazon Bedrock, models, agents, knowledge bases, and vector databases such as OpenSearch and Amazon Kendra.

• Experience using Agentic-AI tools like Kiro or others.

• Preferred: ability to create unit tests with Unit Test or Jest.

• Preferred: experience with VueJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS.

• Preferred: current AWS certification such as AWS Developer Associate or Solution Architect Associate.

• Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect, Terraform and IaC, and LangChain/LangGraph.
