Closing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive title services on a national scale

• Supervise operational activities associated with providing title services to clients

• Lead and manage teams engaged in commercial title operations

• Assist branches in resolving title issues

• Act as a liaison between Examining and Underwriting departments

• Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, production targets, and timelines

• Oversee individual contributors and/or supervisory staff

• Take responsibility for team performance and outcomes

• Evaluate departmental priorities and address resource and operational challenges

• Assess the team's capability to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues

• Manage one or more related teams while adjusting departmental plans and priorities

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Generally requires 8+ years of pertinent work experience

• Familiarity with commercial title operations

• Knowledge of title services, title clearing, examining, and underwriting processes

• Capability to manage individual contributors and/or supervisory personnel

• Proficient in evaluating departmental priorities and addressing resource and operational challenges

• Skillful in identifying and resolving technical and operational issues

• Understanding of how various business areas integrate to meet departmental objectives
