Clinician NP, Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to FOLX members via a telehealth platform.

• Conduct synchronous clinical appointments using audio/visual technology.

• Provide asynchronous care, which includes reviewing laboratory results and responding to members’ asynchronous clinical inquiries.

• Administer trans/nonbinary gender-affirming hormone therapy, as well as sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health services.

• Focus on prioritizing patient clinical care.

• Engage in clinical team case study discussions.

• Attend training sessions related to clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess multiple active state NP licenses; preferred states include GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, and IL.

• Hold at least one state-specific Federal DEA license.

• Maintain an active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure as mandated by your state(s) of practice.

• Obtain a Master's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Achieve National Certification through the relevant licensing authority.

• Have experience in delivering primary care.

• Demonstrate clinical experience with the LGBTQAI+ community.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills for the timely completion of charts and member care in a remote setting.

• Display self-motivation, independence, and adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment.

• Possess the ability to learn new applications and software.

• Demonstrate proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.

• Ideal but not mandatory: Compact RN license.

• Ideal but not mandatory: 30 contact hours of Continuing Education or a 15-week college-level pharmacology course completed within the last 2–3 years.
