This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main operational contact for a designated group of clinicians, delivering comprehensive support from onboarding to full integration into clinical practice.
• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clinicians through prompt, precise, and professional operational assistance.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams, guiding them through systems, resources, and organizational changes.
• Foster clinician engagement, confidence, and retention by ensuring proactive communication and setting clear expectations.
• Assist with clinical and operational initiatives by providing updates and helping clinicians adjust to workflow, process, or system modifications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Onboarding, Licensing & Credentialing, IT, Scheduling, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collect, analyze, and relay clinician feedback, recurring inquiries, and operational challenges to support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Keep accurate records of clinician interactions, onboarding achievements, and operational changes.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• 3–5 years of experience in clinician support, practice operations, healthcare administration, or similar roles, including licensing/credentialing coordination.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex, sensitive, or changing information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exercising sound judgment.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and the ability to swiftly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.
• This position requires residency in the United States.
