This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and publish clinician schedules for designated programs.

• Collaborate with recruitment, HR, privileging, and operations teams to fill open and emergency shifts.

• Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new clinicians in partnership with the Clinician Experience team.

• Proactively communicate with clinicians and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shift coverage.

• Engage in negotiations with clinicians to fill open shifts, balancing budget constraints and contractual obligations.

• Keep precise schedule documentation and data updated within the scheduling system.

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clinicians via phone, email, and text communications.

• Assist in achieving the organizational goal of providing 90-day advance schedule notifications when feasible.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, operations, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex workloads accurately under tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various scheduling software systems.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• An Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience coordinating locum tenens or per diem providers is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is preferred.
