Clinician Concierge, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) from the start.

• Familiarize clinicians with Sevaro’s culture, expectations, and experiences during shifts.

• Provide training on the use of Synapse, clinical shift workflows, and site-specific stroke and consult procedures through both live one-on-one and group sessions.

• Address inquiries and assist with the initial credentialing applications as well as license and credentialing submissions.

• Ensure that credentialing and licensing processes progress smoothly.

• Develop and continually enhance training guides, quick-reference documents, and workflow manuals.

• Serve as a liaison between clinicians and departmental leaders in credentialing, licensing, IT, and hospital partnerships.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each hospital site and system, including workflows and clinical details.

• Prepare clinicians for their responsibilities at their assigned locations.

• Lead remedial or additional educational initiatives when quality issues reveal gaps in workflow comprehension or adherence.

• Support clinician education and readiness from the point of hire through to implementation and beyond.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or the emergency department.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in leadership, training, or clinical operations, with direct oversight of clinical or operational staff, preferably within a stroke or neurology program.

• Familiarity with one or more Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), including Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or MEDITECH.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot independently.

• Excellent communication skills and a white-glove service approach.

• Highly organized and self-motivated; capable of managing multiple clinicians and sites at varying stages of onboarding.

• Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning or evening sessions across different time zones.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
