This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor system access for the project team.

• Uphold and conduct quality audits of documents on project portals.

• Support the preparation and distribution of clinical trial documentation, including the Investigator Site File.

• Manage version control and quality assurance of project documentation, submitting it to the trial master file.

• Track and maintain information related to the project, including logs of medical questions and answers from sites.

• Create and disseminate minutes for project-related meetings, including those with sponsors and internal management.

• Keep current records of participating site and personnel information.

• Organize and monitor the delivery of project-specific training for the project team.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in the language of the respective country of location.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while exercising independent judgment.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with ICH, GCP, and FDA or EU directive regulations (as applicable).

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

• At least one year of experience in a related role.

• Skill sets and proven performance comparable to the above qualifications.
