Clinical Trials Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative and project-tracking assistance to clinical project teams.

• Organize and monitor system access for Project Managers, Lead CRAs, and CRAs.

• Maintain project portals and conduct quality checks on document versions.

• Aid in the preparation, shipment, version control, and filing of clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files and Trial Master File documentation.

• Monitor project information, such as site medical question and answer logs, as well as details of participating sites and personnel.

• Create and distribute meeting minutes for sponsor, project, and internal management meetings.

• Coordinate and track training specific to the project.

• Assist in timely and accurate administrative tasks that contribute to effective clinical trial delivery.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Lead CRAs, CRAs, and other global team members across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least one year of experience in a related position.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in the language of the country where the position is based.

• Familiarity with ICH, GCP, and relevant FDA or EU directive regulations.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise independent judgment, and adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
