Clinical Trial Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Offer essential administrative assistance in clinical operations and project management.

• Provide executive support and administrative tasks at a high standard.

• Coordinate project team and client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, binders, agendas, and minutes.

• Manage study-related information and supplies.

• Create and sustain organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, and project-specific data.

• Supervise internal and client project reporting, including tracking project status and finances.

• Update systems and address inquiries.

• Assist the project manager with financial responsibilities, such as purchase orders, study invoices, and investigator payments.

• Prepare and maintain study documentation.

• Ensure adherence to electronic trial master file filing and naming conventions.

• Monitor document status.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical company, or in clinical research is advantageous.

• Proficient in computerized information systems and standard software applications, including MS Office.

• Strong capabilities in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in maintaining Excel trackers and creating PowerPoint presentations.

• Preferred experience in taking meeting minutes and facilitating/scheduling MS TEAMS meetings.

• Legal entitlement to work in the country where the position is located.
