This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Engage in outreach efforts to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams regarding clinical trial opportunities for their patients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Caris ordering sites to assist with their clinical trial requirements.
• Analyze genomic data and clinical information against protocol criteria to determine trial eligibility.
• Effectively communicate essential trial information to clinicians with clarity.
• Monitor patient statuses and perform follow-up outreach as necessary.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of outreach activities is maintained.
• Manage referrals via Caris’ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or traditional sponsor sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams across functions to support the commercial organization and business partners.
• Act as a liaison between Caris Life Sciences and physicians who order Caris molecular profiling.
• Utilize proprietary software to review Caris Molecular Intelligence results, pre-screen patient eligibility, communicate trial opportunities, and oversee referrals leading to patient enrollment.
• Active and Registered Nurse license is required.
• At least five years of experience in oncology nursing is mandatory.
• Minimum of five years of research experience, preferably in oncology clinical trials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) or higher education is preferred.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is preferred.
• Experience assisting with industry-sponsored clinical trials is preferred.
• Familiarity with molecular profiling and precision oncology is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Excel, is preferred.
• Experience working with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Site Management Organizations (SMOs) is preferred.
• Must have the ability to sit, stand, and/or work at a computer for extended periods.
• Must successfully complete the pre-employment process, which includes a criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification.
