Clinical Trial Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily management of clinical trial activities, aiding the team in achieving quality results.

• Organize and supervise all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Establish and nurture relationships with trial investigators and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in delivering top-notch outcomes across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Strong background in clinical trial management.

• Proven capability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the specified therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Ability to juggle competing priorities and foster team development.

• Openness to travel as necessary (around 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
