📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and program management initiatives.

• Address project challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead diverse project teams and align efforts to achieve project goals.

• Track project advancement, identify potential risks and challenges, and apply mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, provide progress updates, and ensure coherence with project objectives.

• Compile and present project summaries, status reports, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a similar discipline is preferred, along with substantial experience in project management and team leadership.

• Demonstrated history of successfully guiding projects from initiation to completion, with an emphasis on achieving results within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

• Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
