Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of clinical trial activities.

• Organize and supervise all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Guarantee that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations, as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Foster team development and manage conflicting priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
