Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical trial management operations, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Organize and supervise all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Guarantee that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical guidelines.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in delivering exceptional outcomes across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• At least three years of experience in clinical trial management within the industry.

• Proven capability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Experience in managing phase I (healthy volunteer) studies.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• Employment with ICON is dependent upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
