Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project and program management tasks

• Assist the team in achieving high-quality results

• Create and implement project plans aimed at meeting project goals and objectives

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to guarantee the effective execution of project initiatives

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ascertain project needs and outline project parameters

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting excellence and ongoing improvement

• Oversee the creation of project documentation and reports for clear and actionable communication with stakeholders

• Keep updated on industry developments and new technologies to incorporate best practices into project management approaches

• Play a key role in organizational growth through proficient project leadership and strategic planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or a healthcare-related area

• Significant experience in project management, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies

• Keen attention to detail

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams effectively

• Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences

• Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%)

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
