Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management.

• Organize and oversee all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address issues and make informed decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality outcomes across clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Capability to handle competing priorities and foster team development.

• Proven track record of driving clinical deliverables for studies.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Prior experience in monitoring is preferred.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located.
