This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Manage clinical trial workstreams, ensuring that deliverables adhere to quality standards and timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute successful clinical trial enrollment strategies.

• Create and implement detailed clinical trial protocols.

• Supervise the daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends and providing insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively tackle challenges and implement effective solutions to guarantee the successful execution of clinical trials.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure smooth trial processes.

• Balance competing priorities while developing the team effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
