Clinical Trial Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish robust relationships with investigators, site personnel, and key stakeholders to facilitate trial execution and enhance patient recruitment.

• Deliver scientific, clinical, and protocol training to study teams.

• Create and refine site and study-level enrollment strategies to boost recruitment and retention efforts.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices into local, actionable initiatives.

• Represent the study during site visits, project meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of enrollment processes and trial results.

• Travel nationally and internationally for up to approximately 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A doctoral degree such as MD, PharmD, or PhD.

• Experience in clinical research within Pharma, Biotech, or CRO settings, preferably in scientific, clinical operations, or enrollment-focused positions.

• Strong scientific and medical expertise, along with an understanding of clinical development and local healthcare environments.

• An established scientific and clinical network in Europe, possessing strong networking, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German medical terminology; proficiency in additional EU languages is a plus.

• Ability to interpret complex medical data and utilize technical, scientific, and clinical knowledge effectively.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with a meticulous focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Candidates must reside within convenient access to an international airport.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
