📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies for clinical trial enrollment.

• Conduct analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with study sites and investigators to improve patient recruitment and retention.

• Serve as a liaison among sponsors, investigators, and study participants, offering support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of enrollment processes and strategies to optimize trial outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality clinical research work while closely collaborating with the team and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial enrollment or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to interpret intricate medical data.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a dedication to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all facets of clinical trial enrollment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
