Clinical Trial Associate – Study Start-Up Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Ensure that vendor spreadsheets are accurately completed and processed in accordance with the study team guidelines.

• Submit vendor spreadsheets to the vendor or global team.

• Participate in weekly Study Team meetings.

• Provide reports on vendor spreadsheets.

• Engage in vendor management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical trials.

• Required industry experience in clinical trial support (CRO/Pharma) with an emphasis on vendor support during the Start-Up phase.

• Familiarity with vendor management processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Prior administrative experience is essential.

• Demonstrated organizational and administrative competencies.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Outstanding organization and time management capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Team-oriented and adaptable; able to respond swiftly to changing demands and opportunities.

• Working knowledge of the Clinical Study Process.

• Awareness of working procedures related to study Start-up.

• Understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines.

• Ability to enhance computer skills for greater efficiency in daily tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate within an international team environment.

• Willingness and ability to train others in study administration procedures.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
