Clinical Trial Associate – Study Start-Up Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure that vendor spreadsheets are accurately completed and processed in accordance with study team protocols.

• Submit vendor spreadsheets to either the vendor or the global team.

• Participate in weekly Study Team meetings to provide updates on vendor spreadsheets.

• Engage in vendor management activities.

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated model, leveraging ICON’s global expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical trials.

• Relevant industry experience in clinical trial support is essential (CRO/Pharma), particularly in vendor support during Start-Up phases.

• Proven experience in vendor management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Previous experience in administrative roles.

• Demonstrated organizational and administrative proficiencies.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Team-oriented and adaptable; able to respond swiftly to changing demands and opportunities.

• Familiarity with the Clinical Study Process.

• Understanding of operational procedures related to study Start-up.

• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.

• Capability to enhance computer skills for improved efficiency in daily tasks.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team setting.

• Willingness and capability to train others on study administration procedures.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
