Clinical Trial Associate – Study Start-Up Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Ensure vendor spreadsheets are accurately completed and processed in accordance with study team guidelines.

• Submit vendor spreadsheets to the vendor or global team.

• Participate in weekly Study Team meetings and provide updates on vendor spreadsheets.

• Engage in vendor management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical trials.

• Relevant industry experience in clinical trial support is essential (CRO/Pharma), particularly in vendor support during Start-Up.

• Familiarity with vendor management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Prior administrative experience is a plus.

• Proven skills in organization and administration.

• Proficiency in computer use.

• Outstanding organization and time management capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Team-oriented and adaptable; able to respond swiftly to evolving demands and opportunities.

• Working knowledge of the Clinical Study Process.

• Understanding of operational procedures related to study Start-up.

• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines.

• Ability to enhance computer skills for improved efficiency in daily tasks.

• Good interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate in an international team setting.

• Willingness and capability to train others on study administration processes.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
