This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative assistance for clinical trials, which includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records related to the trial.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and address any issues that may arise during the study.

• Monitor and track the progress of trials, including managing communications with sites and ensuring the timely delivery of study materials.

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations and contribute to project success.

• Take responsibility for clinical trial management deliverables and utilize expertise to tackle complex challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience in a clinical trial support capacity, with a strong grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Proficient in clinical trial management systems and relevant software, demonstrating a keen attention to detail in documentation and data management.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
