Clinical Training & Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage training initiatives for intricate EHR implementation projects, ensuring alignment of content, timelines, stakeholders, and customer readiness requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations to inform training strategies, create content, and facilitate delivery.

• Collaborate with Training Specialists and subject matter experts to craft training materials and learning resources.

• Simplify complex clinical and system workflows into accessible and actionable learning experiences.

• Assess and pinpoint training and content deficiencies, providing solutions as products and customer workflows progress.

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs as necessary.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Training Specialists and other contributors involved in training content and execution.

• Partner with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and clinical subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with implementation and adoption objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in healthcare, education, technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 5+ years of applicable professional experience, ideally related to healthcare, technology, training, clinical education, software implementation, or EMR/EHR settings.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training for adult learners.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information in a clear and practical manner.

• Experience in creating learning content and training materials.

• Ability to manage work across various stakeholders, priorities, and project timelines.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable navigating complex software or technology environments.

• Bilingual in French and English is preferred.

• Experience in implementing, supporting, or training users on EMR/EHR solutions.

• Background in a clinical or hospital environment.

• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms, in-application guidance, or other technology-enabled learning solutions.

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies like ADDIE.

• Proficiency with learning content authoring tools.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for training development, content creation, knowledge management, or learner engagement.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration and project management platforms.
