Clinical Training & Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and manage training initiatives for intricate EHR implementation projects, ensuring alignment of content, timelines, stakeholders, and customer readiness requirements.

• Utilize expertise in healthcare workflows and clinical operations to inform training strategies, content creation, and delivery methods.

• Collaborate with Training Specialists and subject matter experts to create training materials and educational resources.

• Convert complex clinical and system workflows into straightforward, actionable learning experiences.

• Assess and identify training and content deficiencies, contributing to the development of solutions as product and customer workflows progress.

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs as necessary.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Training Specialists and others involved in the creation and delivery of training content.

• Partner with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and clinical subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with implementation and adoption objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in healthcare, education, technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, training, clinical education, software implementation, or EMR/EHR settings.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training tailored for adult learners.

• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex information in a clear and practical manner.

• Experience in developing educational content and training materials.

• Ability to manage tasks across various stakeholders, priorities, and project timelines.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable operating within complex software or technological environments.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.

• Experience in implementing, supporting, or training users on EMR/EHR solutions.

• Background in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms, in-application guidance, or other technology-enhanced learning solutions.

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.

• Experience with learning content authoring tools.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to assist in training development, content creation, knowledge management, or learner engagement.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or comparable collaboration and project management tools.
