Clinical Training & Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee training initiatives for intricate EHR implementation projects

• Contribute to the training strategy, including content creation and delivery

• Collaborate with training specialists and subject matter experts to develop training materials and learning tools

• Convert complex clinical workflows and system processes into straightforward, practical learning experiences

• Evaluate training content, identify deficiencies, and help formulate solutions

• Provide instructor-led training, workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions

• Mentor and assist training specialists and contributors in content development and delivery

• Work in partnership with implementation, product, project management, and clinical expert teams to achieve adoption goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Postsecondary education in healthcare, education, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training for adult learners

• In-depth understanding of clinical workflows and operations

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

• Experience in creating learning content and training materials

• Ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities and project timelines

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable operating in complex software or technology environments

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset

• Experience in implementing or supporting EHR solutions or training their users

• Background in a clinical or hospital environment

• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms, in-application guidance tools, or other technology-enabled learning solutions

• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE

• Experience with learning content authoring tools

• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration and project management tools
