Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Nashville team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with surgeon training, hospital robotic initiatives, and territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for customers, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help achieve team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and preparing for quota attainment.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities such as sales/procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or a minimum of 1 year in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

• A strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven capability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Candidates should reside in or be open to relocating to the Nashville, TN area.
