Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Undergo training to become a specialist in da Vinci® Surgery's technical and sales aspects across primary surgical fields.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist in the regional utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Play a role in achieving quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving appropriate training and provide guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience.

• Proficient in English and the local language as necessary.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, as business needs dictate.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.

• Ability to comply with applicable U.S. export-control requirements, if necessary.
