Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance technical, clinical, and sales knowledge.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales authority in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist the assigned region by optimizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Help achieve quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating-room selling initiatives, and training for customer support.

• Aid or organize regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and assigned online modules using the required company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training, providing guidance on the correct handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Availability to travel and/or be present in the field up to 70% based on business requirements.

• A degree in sales is an advantage.
