Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to enhance technical, clinical, and sales knowledge.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Support the regional usage of existing da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other clientele.

• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through demonstrations, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.

• Assist in or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after receiving appropriate training and ensure proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• A strong ambition and a dedicated work ethic are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or work in the field based on business requirements.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
