Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Undergo training to become a specialist in da Vinci® Surgery technology and sales across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.

• Offer guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams regarding the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Lead technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Contribute to achieving quarterly sales targets through demonstrations, operating room sales efforts, and customer support training.

• Assist or organize regional sales and marketing development activities.

• Enhance the use of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems and promote the adoption of procedures.

• Oversee sales and procedure documentation, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training and provide advice on the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Strong ambition and a solid work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.
