Clinical Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Clinical Systems Manager.

• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions on athenaOne, Nabla, Impilo, and other software utilized by knownwell.

• Provide training remotely and, when necessary, in person.

• Document workflows for all systems and ensure procedures are aligned with best practices and the latest available features.

• Implement new and revised workflows for team members.

• Track workflow adoption and compliance.

• Offer ongoing system support.

• Assist team members in troubleshooting and optimizing their usage of each system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in athenaOne implementation, training, or support.

• In-depth knowledge of athenaOne workflows and configuration options.

• Experience in facilitating remote software training for end users and/or conducting new user onboarding.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong skills in technical writing.

• Proven capability to document processes and workflows, creating user-facing job aids and training materials.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and process enhancement.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for in-person training sessions and support.

• Current authorization to work in the United States is required in the application form.

• Experience with Athenahealth as an administrator or super user is required in the application form.
