This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Implement, configure, and provide support for all aspects of the eClinicalWorks EMR and its associated systems.
• Assist in practice management, online scheduling, patient messaging, digital intake, and patient portal technologies.
• Document standards, procedures, and guidelines for the configuration and use of the eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements within the eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Aid in the integration of ancillary systems and biomedical devices into the eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Conduct support, analysis, development, validation, and maintenance of the EMR and related systems.
• Collaborate with Information Technology, clinical staff, and both internal and external teams during project phases.
• Support project schedules, plans, and timelines to align with business requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
• Analyze technical issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and verbal communication.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consensus building.
• Travel occasionally to care centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions, including some domestic overnight travel.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting an ambulatory EMR.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing vendor relationships.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with providers and clinical leadership.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm EST, with occasional weekends and after-hours as needed.
• eClinicalWorks certification is highly desirable.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Project Management certification or training is preferred.
• Experience in supporting OB/GYN specialty in an ambulatory setting is preferred.
• Experience with reproductive endocrinology and infertility services is preferred.
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical application security is preferred.
