This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist the Nursing department by ensuring the prompt and precise tracking of Plan of Treatment documents in medical records software.

• Enhance communication with providers to secure necessary signatures.

• Reach out to prescriber offices via phone to gather fax numbers or email addresses for prescribers.

• Fax nursing Plan of Treatments to the designated prescriber fax numbers or email addresses.

• Monitor Plan of Treatment details within the patient's electronic medical record.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on Plan of Treatment documents.

• Acquire provider signatures on Plan of Treatments.

• Implement procedures consistently in alignment with management and organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in coordinating activities, providing administrative support, and delivering customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft business applications.

• Previous experience as a nursing assistant, pharmacy technician, home patient representative, or customer service representative is preferred.

• Familiarity with obtaining physician signatures on Plans of Treatment (POTs), orders, certifications, recertifications, or other healthcare-related documents.

• Proven track record in provider outreach, managing workflows related to signatures, and appropriately escalating unresolved issues.

• Capability to balance productivity targets with persistence and professionalism in securing provider signatures to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of patient care.

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma; some college education is preferred.
