Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer peer support, empathy, and encouragement to individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.

• Deliver therapy in a secure, non-judgmental setting for clients.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based practices whenever feasible.

• Conduct intake assessments for clients seeking services.

• Collaborate with the VIEW team to improve client care.

• Provide consultation and clinical assessments as the Clinical Supervisor within VIEW.

• Facilitate an hour of individual supervision for each supervisee.

• Engage in and/or lead team meetings.

• Participate in relevant weekly case consultation meetings to offer necessary clinical oversight.

• Monitor client progress and deliver ongoing therapeutic support.

• Continuously enhance clinical skills through consultation and training opportunities.

• Assist in the creation of recovery-oriented initiatives and programs.

• Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of VIEW services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must be licensed and certified as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT by the Washington State Department of Health.

• WA state approved supervisor status, or the ability to fulfill requirements within 1.5 years of the hire date.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals.

• Commitment to dismantling stigma associated with mental health and substance use issues.
