Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver case planning, case support coverage, and product pull-through within the assigned territory and region as required.

• Advocate for Vascular products through customer education, service, and training in hospital environments.

• Offer clinical education and sales assistance to meet sales targets, enhance product-line revenue, and expand market share.

• Act as the technical expert on procedures and products for hospital case coverage.

• Provide support to Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital personnel with the Vessel Closure portfolio.

• Engage with customers to assess clinical needs, objectives, and limitations, demonstrating how Vascular products can meet these requirements.

• Cultivate relationships with hospital staff and identify key decision-makers.

• Deliver clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service product education.

• Inform customers through presentations and demonstrations about product utilization, therapies, and technology.

• Participate in clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.

• Address product and service complaints, collaborating with sales, clinical research, marketing, and product development teams to devise solutions.

• Provide case coverage support for the broader region as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• 2–5+ years of pertinent work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the designated region.

• Experience interacting with patients in a lab/operating room setting (preferred).

• Relevant Technical Certification (preferred).
