Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical expert for procedural and product knowledge during hospital case coverage.

• Assist Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital staff within the Vessel Closure portfolio.

• Engage with customers to understand their clinical needs and showcase Vascular products.

• Build strong relationships with hospital personnel and pinpoint key decision-makers.

• Offer clinical assistance, troubleshooting, and in-service education on products.

• Inform customers through presentations and demonstrations regarding product, therapy, and technological advancements.

• Participate in procedures in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.

• Address customer product and service inquiries and resolve complaints.

• Provide case coverage support to the wider region as required.

• Advocate for Vascular products through education, service, and training to achieve sales objectives and enhance market share.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 2-5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region.

• Experience interacting with patients in a lab or operating room setting is preferred.

• Relevant technical certification is preferred.
