Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver case planning and provide case support coverage across the assigned territory and region as required.

• Facilitate product adoption for Abbott Vascular offerings.

• Advocate for Vascular products through educational outreach, service initiatives, and training within hospitals.

• Offer clinical education and sales assistance to meet sales objectives, enhance revenue, and expand market presence.

• Act as the technical expert on procedures and products during hospital case coverage.

• Assist Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital personnel with the Vessel Closure portfolio.

• Engage with customers to assess clinical needs and showcase Vascular product solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with hospital staff and pinpoint key decision-makers.

• Provide clinical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver in-service education.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations focusing on products, therapies, and technology.

• Participate in procedures within Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.

• Address customer product and service concerns in collaboration with sales, clinical research, marketing, and product development teams.

• Assist the wider region with case coverage as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2–5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel 50% within the designated region.

• Experience interacting with patients in a lab or operating room setting (preferred).

• Relevant technical certification (preferred).
