This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to comprehend the clinical needs of prospects, showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and finalize new agreements.
• Assist in achieving territory sales objectives.
• Meet annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Deploy FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer locations and provide training on their usage.
• Oversee post-sales field activities, focusing on promoting product adoption and resolving customer concerns.
• Sustain FUJIFILM Sonosite's presence and nurture relationships at existing client sites.
• Articulate the comprehensive value of products to users and stakeholders at customer locations.
• Demonstrate products in the field alongside Inside Sales Representatives when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and communicate these to Territory Managers or Inside Sales Representatives.
• Offer clinical, technical, and educational assistance to both new and existing customers.
• Provide support to various company departments as required.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact in the absence of the Territory Manager.
• Fulfill the requirements of the company's quality management system.
• Associate degree from an accredited ultrasound training institution.
• RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Proven experience in managing multiple requirements and executing detailed prioritization.
• Ability to comprehend both customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite’s clinical and business needs.
• Skill in converting customer needs into precise product requests.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competence in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Professional management of interpersonal relationships.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and workloads.
• Capability to work in an organized fashion while consistently meeting customer and company deadlines.
• Availability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and after hours.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time, which may include occasional overnight trips.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services mandated by customer hospitals.
• Must provide proof of necessary immunizations, including MMR and hepatitis, and undergo drug testing/screening.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must represent FUJIFILM Sonosite in a professional manner.
