Clinical Specialist, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee tasks within the designated Travel & Expense budget.

• Deliver monthly reports to the Clinical Manager regarding regional training initiatives and support offered in the area.

• Conduct customer training sessions aimed at enhancing conversion or retention prospects for key clients.

• Work collaboratively with the Regional Team to provide clinical support during customer interactions from pre-sale to post-conversion.

• Establish productive relationships with end-users while delivering product in-servicing and clinical education.

• Offer regular follow-up assistance to customers at end-user locations as necessary.

• Facilitate regional training for contractual nursing support as required.

• Partner with the Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize scheduling and activities for maximal effectiveness.

• Implement Vascular Access Management assessment programs to bolster Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical background.

• A minimum of five (5) years of general clinical nursing experience, including at least three (3) years related to infusion therapy, vascular access, or MDS products.

• Experience in placing ultrasound-guided vascular access devices.

• Demonstrated ability to train and educate clinical personnel.

• Valid state-issued driver's license with a minimum of three consecutive years of driving history; must meet company auto safety standards.

• Readiness and capacity to travel up to 70% of the time.

• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or VA-BC (Vascular Access Board Certification) is preferred.
