Clinical Specialist, NMD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary technical assistance to customers during implementation and subsequent follow-ups.

• Independently conduct complex troubleshooting of devices and programming.

• Aid in the organization and execution of regional customer education training sessions.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of regional account objectives and strategies for all accounts within the designated area.

• Cultivate strong, professional relationships across diverse hospital environments.

• Support the regional NMD business strategy by ensuring product implementation coverage in accounts as coordinated with the leadership team.

• Travel a minimum of 75% of the time in this field-based position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field.

• Experience in the medical devices sector or a physiotherapist/pain nurse interested in transitioning to the industry.

• Knowledge of the UK healthcare market.

• Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable regarding working hours and customer support locations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with clinical settings and operating room procedures and protocols (preferred).

• Proficient keyboard skills and presentation abilities, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
