Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the application of Acumed products within the surgical environment.

• Deliver support, consultation, and training to surgeons and surgical teams before, during, and after operations.

• Provide guidance to assist with clinical decision-making processes.

• Oversee the daily management of hospital accounts in the designated region.

• Conduct inventory audits, manage stock replenishment, book loan kits, and ensure that implants and instruments are organized and accessible.

• Act as the liaison between Acumed and clinical environments.

• Collect, organize, interpret, and convey clinically relevant, customer-focused information to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Develop and sustain strong networks and relationships with customers and clinical teams.

• Offer customer and market insights to the Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Product Management teams.

• Gather and present field data for educational or business development initiatives.

• Meet KPIs established by the line manager and/or Directors.

• Cover surgical cases and provide advice on the application of the Acumed product range.

• Serve as the intermediary between customers and the Regional Sales Manager.

• Offer clinical-decision guidance to both new and existing customers.

• Train theatre personnel.

• Participate in regional symposiums and represent the Acumed brand.

• Manage inventory and perform audits.

• Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records current.

• Complete administrative tasks promptly.

• In-depth product and anatomical knowledge.

• Solid understanding of orthopedic principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

• Capacity to work flexibly to meet business needs.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Capability to comprehend and comply with hospital and theatre policies.

• Proficiency in maintaining Acumed equipment, including laptop, mobile phone, and audit tools.

• Ability to complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
