This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Deliver technical and clinical assistance for the setup and maintenance of capital equipment for Endodontics clients.
β’ Onboard new clients, acting as the main resource for technical training, procedure coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
β’ Collaborate directly with clients for the initial 10 cases following the Onboarding Playbook.
β’ Attend clinical procedures to enhance customer and patient success with Endodontics products.
β’ Support the sales pipeline and boost consumable usage through training and in-service activities.
β’ Provide education to dentists, staff, and related stakeholders via presentations and demonstrations.
β’ Remain updated on clinical and library research, product innovations, therapies, technologies, and industry-related topics.
β’ Build relationships with dental office personnel and identify key decision-makers to support future sales initiatives.
β’ Address system and product inquiries, troubleshoot hardware, software, and operator issues, while collaborating with technical support and service teams.
β’ Assist in customer referral events, practice marketing needs, professional education efforts, and event support.
β’ Install newly sold systems.
β’ Collect HIPAA-compliant quantitative data for marketing, R&D, and clinical/regulatory requirements.
β’ Engage in meetings, training sessions, conference calls, and team activities.
β’ Complete timely reporting and data entry tasks.
β’ Uphold professional conduct, compliance with quality systems, adherence to company policies, and maintain disciplined account records.
β’ Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
β’ Generally, 5 to 7 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience.
β’ Preferably 3 years of sales experience in a patient care setting.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred.
β’ A Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus.
β’ May possess one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be necessary for advancement.
β’ Advanced clinical knowledge of endodontic disease states, procedures, technologies, and the business environment.
β’ Capability to build rapport, establish trust, and assist clinicians and staff in managing change.
β’ Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
β’ Solid understanding of industry practices.
β’ High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
β’ Skills in planning, organization, decision-making, analysis, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, presentation, public speaking, interpersonal relations, conflict resolution, and partnership-building.
β’ Ability to effectively resolve complex issues.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time.
