Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in supporting Masimo products while nurturing customer relationships with clinicians and other essential stakeholders.

• Provide education to Masimo customers regarding products and solutions.

• Conduct training for new and prospective users.

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrate product features.

• Position Masimo products against competitor offerings.

• Train the existing partner sales team and in-service end users.

• Convey Masimo’s vision and value proposition through PowerPoint presentations.

• Organize and oversee customer evaluations and deployments in collaboration with the Account Manager.

• Educate customers and showcase Masimo technology through practical use cases.

• Collaborate with regional team members to enhance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or clinical support is required.

• Direct experience in customer interactions and delivering presentations.

• Nursing diploma preferred; other disciplines may be considered based on experience and expertise.

• At least 2–3 years of direct experience in critical care, NICU, PICU, or emergency medical settings.

• Interest in or experience with Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems utilized in hospitals.

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight stays as necessary, within the assigned territory.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.

• Capable of transferring knowledge and training users effectively.

• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation skills.

• Previous managerial or leadership experience is advantageous.

• Ability to work remotely from home within the designated territory.
