This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver clinical and sales assistance through customer education and procedure support within a designated region.
• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on Structural Heart products.
• Provide technical assistance to physicians during procedures.
• Share product, clinical, and market information with relevant personnel.
• Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Act as the primary clinical support resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Instruct customers on the advantages and proper clinical application of company products.
• Update customers on developments in product, therapy, and technology.
• Participate in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions, linking outcome data to critical messaging.
• Meet with current and potential healthcare-provider clients to assess clinical needs, objectives, and limitations, and offer feasible solutions.
• Travel extensively within the designated region.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 9 years of relevant cardiovascular work experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience specific to Structural Heart or Electrophysiology.
• Verification of meeting vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
• Preferred: Degree in life sciences or medical training (RN, EMT, Perfusion, etc.).
• Preferred: Strong clinical orientation.
• Preferred: Experience with products related to interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery.
• Preferred: Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging techniques.
• Capability to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, ancillary personnel, and other clinicians.
