
Clinical Sales Manager, Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with key Commercial stakeholders to achieve regional revenue growth targets.
• Supervise and mentor clinical specialists and regional resources.
• Work alongside the Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to enhance revenue growth and capture market share.
• Utilize analytics, time studies, and field visits to identify clinical opportunities.
• Create and implement measurable initiatives to address identified clinical opportunities.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving service efficiency and optimizing clinical headcount utilization.
• Share best practices through the Clinical Leaders network and training programs.
• Guide and mentor clinical specialists via field rides, individual and group meetings, and company resources.
• Lead transformations in response to changing customer needs, industry service expectations, and team capabilities.
• Communicate effectively and promote alignment within Cardiac Rhythm Management regarding vision, goals, and activities.
• Uphold, communicate, and reinforce policies, business conduct, and quality standards.
• Assist in locating, recruiting, and hiring clinical candidates while maintaining a diverse candidate pool.
• Oversee training and development in areas such as implant procedures, service delivery, competitive analysis, and product knowledge.
• Set objectives for direct reports, assess performance, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and document achievements and areas for improvement.
• Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Mentor the clinical team on collaboration, time and task management, and career advancement.
• Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports, inventory, and communication duties.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 7-9 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CRM certification with a demonstrated understanding of CRM therapy knowledge related to implants and device support.
• Familiarity with the local CRM customer base is preferred.
• Proven leadership and credibility with local teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Effective interaction abilities with both internal and external customers.
• Proficient conflict management skills with the capability to effect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Significant project management experience.
• Must be energetic, organized, determined, and goal-oriented.
• Flexible scheduling for case coverage and client meetings during evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
• Capability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Capacity for significant walking, standing, climbing stairs, and sitting; manual dexterity; stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift normally up to 25 pounds, occasionally more.
