Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for da Vinci® Surgery to meet and surpass targets established by upper management.

• Increase the utilization of da Vinci® Surgery within current accounts.

• Train and sell to new surgeons across various specialties related to the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Oversee education and training within the existing user base.

• Spearhead the installation processes for new systems.

• Identify prospects for new system installations and upgrades for the current base.

• Supply the clinical sales team with updates on new and existing product information.

• Collaborate with training and marketing teams to execute strategies and programs as directed by upper management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of sales experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in medical device sales.

• Demonstrated success in managing and developing a sales team within the medical device sector.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
